I occasionally sleep longer than I need to and fail to get up on time, as a result, sometimes I have to forgo eating breakfast. Not only am I not thinking straight until lunch, I am unfocused and tempted to spend money on the more exspensive fast food breakfasts. Well, I was introduced to Lifecaps by Steven Sharp and he told me some of his stories. I didn’t know what to think because it sounded good, but you cannot know for sure without trying it out for yourself. He gave me some test packets and I had them in my cupboard. On Wednesday June 24, 2009 I had an early morning BNI meeting to go to (I am involved there as a Sendoutcards Rep www.sendoutcards.com/jeffnielsen) and I woke up late and had to run. I looked into my cupboard and grabbed the lifecaps and took them. For the rest of the day until about 8 p.m., I didn’t have hunger pains and I was able to focus and have energy. I would highly reccommend life caps to anyone looking to build a food storage, or just as a back-up on the go meal to tide you over. As Tony the tiger says…”They’re great!!”
LifeCaps does work!
My dad is a 52 year old avid hiker. He normally eats a huge breakfast before hiking and packs a lot of food just to keep his energy level up. Recently he went on a 19 mile hike packing nothing but LifeCaps, water, and an emergency sandwich that I, as the skeptic, made him pack “just in case”.
He took a LifeCaps every few hours or so and of course drank lots of water. He made the 19 mile hike in record time and stated that he felt great. He sure acted as if he felt great! At the end of the hike he fed the sandwich to his German Sheperd JoJo, obviously mocking me for making him pack it in the first place.
Anyways, after seeing it work for my dad on his hike and being a mother of two young children I firmly believe that EVERYONE should at least have 1 bottle of LifeCaps in their car just in case something happens and food is not readily available.
My second test of LifeCaps included physical exertion. The seminar that I attended didn’t require me to exert a great deal of physical effort other than sitting in a chair and listening to the instructors. Although, one could argue that sitting in a chair and paying attention to someone is a form of physical exertion, it isn’t the same as hiking up a mountain. However, with that said, I was able to sit in a chair and pay attention to the instructor quite nicely with the help of LifeCaps™!
Daryl Stevenett invited me to go on this hike with him to test two things: hammock tents and LifeCaps™. I ended up being quite happy with both! Basically, we took four items with us: sleeping bags, hammock tents, LifeCaps™ and water.
I ate a normal lunch at 2:00pm on Saturday and we started our hike at 5:00pm. We hiked for 3 1/2 hours. I took one LifeCaps™ at 5:00pm when we started, and another at 9:00pm, just before going to sleep. While hiking, I had plenty of energy and never felt wobbly-kneed, shaky or irritable. And, with the last LifeCaps™ at 9:00pm, I was able to go to sleep just fine. Typically, I don’t fall asleep easily if I have an empy stomach, but that wasn’t a problem this time!
I woke up at 6:00am and popped a LifeCaps™ in my mouth. I allowed the gelatin capsule to dissolve in my mouth in order to taste the powder on the inside. It tasted really good! That’s one of the things that I like the most about LifeCaps™, I’m able to take them on an empty stomach and I don’t have to force it down! Try that with a regular vitamin!
We packed up our stuff and hiked down the mountain. The hike down took us about an hour. And, as with the hike up the mountain the night before, I had plenty of energy and none of the typical side-effects of not eating a regular meal. LifeCaps™ are amazing!
I’m a believer!
My first test of LifeCaps was while attending a seminar in Las Vegas. This particular seminar had an interesting rule: no food was allowed in the room where the seminar was being held. I typically eat quite frequently during the day in order to keep my blood sugar levels up, so this rule could have been quite a problem. However, since I had LifeCaps with me, I was able to keep my blood sugar levels normal and still comply with the rules of no food.
Hi Daryl
I just wanted to update you with my last experience with Life Caps. I hope you’ll feel free to add this to complete my earlier testimonial as PROOF-POSITIVE that these capsules work and perform EXACTLY as you advertise they do.
I apologize if this is lengthy, but I have to tell the story. As I expressed my desire to you to participate in your “June Challenge”, I figured that I had better put them to the REAL test before getting up in the mountains with you and getting sick & dizzy the next day and have to come home.
With that said, I decided after dinner Thursday evening at 5p.m., (1/15/09), that I would go the next 72 hours on LIFE CAPS & WATER to see how I would do as well as my blood sugar, (relative to my hypoglycemia). I decided that I would also keep a log of when I took capsules and how I felt, noting any side effects, dizziness, stomach pains, etc..
I won’t bore you with the hourly logs I kept, but here’s a brief summary of my experiences:
Day 1: On Friday, 1/16/09, it was really strange to say the least… there were a couple times when I thought I felt hungry, but as long as I was sipping on water all day I felt fine. I did my work, played video games with the kids, and was alert all day. It was mainly a “mind-game” in convincing myself that the pills were working, and I just needed to relax and go about my daily routine. Actually, I can’t remember feeling very hungry at all during the whole day and my stomach did NOT even growl all day, (until around 9:30p.m.!) To add salt to the wound, my wife baked bread that afternoon… it smelled wonderful, but I wasn’t tempted to steal a slice… No, I take that back, I WAS tempted, but I didn’t. Around 10p.m., I started feeling kind of strange, not dizzy or light-headed, just strange, so I took a 4th. pill to keep the blood sugar even throughout the night, and the feeling went away in about 15 minutes.
Day 2: On Saturday, 1/17/09, I fully expected to wake up dizzy, but NO, nothing, nada, zip… I was fine. That morning, I had to take my daughter to SLC to a Cheer competition, and was there about 4 hours.. On our way back home, I had to stop and buy her some Wendy’s chicken nuggets & fries… they smelled wonderful, but again, I didn’t even beg a french fry from her since I was feeling fine. I spent the rest of the day doing the usual Saturday routines around the house and went to bed tired, but otherwise feeling fine. It was weird! The feeling I had all day long was kind of like how you feel between meals, not hungry but not really full either, as long as I kept sipping water. Again, I took a 4th. pill that evening to keep me even through the night.
Day 3: On Sunday, 1/18/09, I woke up feeling great after a good night’s sleep… I took my breakfast pill a-la H2o, went to some early morning meetings, went to church, and took a 2nd. pill at noon. When I came home, I fully expected to sit down to a big ‘Feast’ at dinner time at 5p.m… Granted, food tasted good again, but it sure didn’t seem like I had gone without it for the last 3 days… I had 2 tacos and I was stuffed! Actually, I could have gone another day on Life Caps if I would have wanted to! These things are CRAZY! It’s kind of like putting water in your gas tank, and having your car run just as well! I can now appreciate what you experienced during your 17 days!
It also gave me a whole new perspective on nutrition & eating, and the fact that you don’t always have to have your stomach full of food all the time in order to get through the day. Besides keeping them in my briefcase, 72-hour kits and cars, I have also thrown away my old multi-vitamins and am now taking Life Caps 3 times a day, knowing that I’m getting the nutrition I need, and only eating half as much as I used to and feeling great!
Life Caps are the most miraculous product I’ve ever seen come out in the “Emergency Preparedness” industry, as well as the vitamin industry… Ever!
If anyone would care to contact me to verify my experiences, feel free to give them my cell phone number or email.
Looking forward to the June Challenge!
Thanks again!

Hi Daryl, It was a pleasure meeting you at the A.F. Fitness Fair last Saturday. Per our discussion, I wanted to follow up with you on my experiences with taking Life Caps. As I mentioned, I was skeptical about these at first, but with local, reputable endorsements, and some urging from my wife, I decided to go ahead and buy some to have them on hand in case of emergency… As I mentioned to you, I’m in Sales and cover the Western U.S… I thought that if they REALLY performed the way they were advertised, that they would probably be a good thing to keep in my briefcase in case I’m ever stranded out of state in the middle of nowhere due to an emergency. I also have a schedule that can be pretty hectic sometimes with flight schedules, getting to the airport on time & etc., where there isn’t any time or even an opportunity to get something to eat. On one such occasion in L.A., I had to catch a connecting flight around noon-time, with no time for lunch in-between. My stomach was growling and I was getting pretty hungry, so I took a Life-Cap. Within about 15-20 minutes, I was actually feeling full!. (I really have to watch my blood sugar as well, because I’ve had Hypoglycemia since High School)… If I don’t eat something in the mornings, I’m usually shaky and nauseous by 10a.m., and in a 24-hr. long dizzy spell by Noon. After my first experience with them, I decided to put them to a test one morning during the week, so I took one Life Cap with plenty of water…I was feeling full in about 20 minutes. Around 10a.m., I was only thirsty, so I had another glass of water and was still fine. No shaking, no nausea, no light-headed feeling… I was impressed! I took another capsule around Noon, and I was actually fine until supper… Still no ill-effects and my stomach didn’t even growl. That was enough proof for me that these capsules really do work… they’re like a turbo-charged multi-vitamin and perform as if you had a high-fiber snack! Since they’re the most effective appetite suppressant I’ve ever had, I now plan to start taking them 3X/day in conjunction with my diet, in order to lose some unwanted holiday pounds. I now have a bottle handy in my 72-hour car kit, my 72-hour home kit, AND in my backpack whenever I go camping. As I’ve been in sales most of my career, I could NEVER sell something that I myself wasn’t convinced and sold on, and that’s the whole basis of this testimonial. Please fell free to share it with your potential customers. Thanks again for the invitation to your “June Challenge” camp, I’ll be ready & willing!

Sir, Just a note to say what an awesome product you have come up with! As a former Marine, and survival enthusiast, your product caught my attention right away, and I’m glad it did! I received my first bottle on thursday, so I’ve been on it now for three days and I feel good. Really, better than normal, because (as much as I hate to admit it) I normally don’t eat that great, and now I’m getting what I need – in the form of a cap!! Initially, because I was sceptical, I just wanted to try it for 10 days and see if it worked…. well it’s only been three days, and I know that it works! Additionally, I was able to shed a few unwanted pounds – without any more exercise than normal, and without being uncomfortable what so ever. This may sound funny, but I would seriously like to work for your company, or to help promote your product in some way. So please, if you can use some help – in whatever capacity – let me know! I’d love to help! Thanks again, and God Bless!

P.S. I’m a disabled veteran hoping to find work with a good company, especially one with a survival / emergency preparedness mission.
Milt Green, Pleasant Grove, Utah When I first heard of LIFE Caps, my initial reaction was, “Yeah, sure”. Then there was the link to TV4, “Good Things Utah”, where Darryl Stevenett was interviewed after 17 days without food and the additional endorsement of Nick Norse. I had to try these!
I ordered LIFE Caps and took them as a replacement for my normal multi-vitamin. I began to feel differently. It was about this time that I learned about the 3-day challenge being offered by the company and decided to jump in. However, before attempting the challenge, for two days, I exchanged LIFE Caps with a new and different potent multi-vitamin I had just purchased. I couldn’t believe the cravings I was experiencing. I grazed all day – even though they sported a great looking label and made me flow bright yellow!
My age is 68 on Christmas Day. I am in good health and occasionally exercise a little. At 5’9”, I carry my weight at 170 – 175 pounds fairly well. Most people would say I don’t need to lose weight.
My 3-day challenge was executed over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Along the way I consumed ¾ – 1 gallon of water daily.
Day –1 Friday, 12/5/08: Weight: 169.5 LIFE Caps: 3 NO hunger during the entire day. NO cravings. Energy levels exceeded a normal day with absolutely no stimulation or sense of a rush.
Day-2 Saturday, 12/6/08 Weight: 168.0 LIFE Caps: 4 NO hunger all day long, and I had none of the expected cravings to eat sweets or drink soft drinks. My energy levels remained high with normal levels of activity and exercise, and amazed me. At one point, at lunchtime, I was in the vicinity of a cafeteria and smelled wonderful aromas that tempted me. “After all, who would know’, I thought. “Me”, was my reply and I swallowed the LIFE Cap reserved for lunch and walked away. Within five minutes, I was absolutely satisfied.
Day-3 Sunday, 12/7/08 Weight: 164.0 LIFE Caps: 4 NO hunger all day with no exercise, a sedentary day. With time on my hands, I simply drank more water and found my energy remained higher than usual, bending over was much easier, I actually felt stronger and bounded up and down our stairs all day instead of the normal trudge. On this day my suit pants were loose for the first time since I purchased them and my belt was loose in the last hole. I had also lost some inches! It is said that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. LIFE Caps are assuredly satisfactory for 72-Hour Kits and food storage, but if you want the best vitamin on the market, try these on.

Took 1st Life Cap at 7:00 a.m. I feel great no problems, still not hungry. Got my grandson of to school, cleaned my house, and got ready for work. Had to be at work at 8:45 a.m. I worked breakfast, lunch & dinner with the residents that needed help eating. I was around food all day. I took residents to the doctor and back. Help with handicapped children that came into sing to the residents. I never got a lunch break today so I worked 9 hours. I forgot to take my 2nd Life Cap at lunch. I left work at 6:00 p.m. I get to eat now, I have finished the challenge of 72 hours with no food. I took Life Caps and lots of water. Today I only drank 40 ozs. of water. I still feel very good. I am a little tired tonight. Bu I have put in a full day. I never felt sick, hungry or tired while I took the Life Caps. I lost 7 pounds. I ate at around 7:00 p.m. tonight. I think I could have gone longer without eating. I do not feel like I have been 3 days without any food.
I began my 72 hour challenge on Sunday evening, November 23 at 6 pm. I thought that the evening would be the easiest way to go 72 hours. I used LifeCaps until the morning of Thanksgiving day, so it was actually more than 72 hours. I took just 3 a day, 1 around 9-10 am; 1 around 1-2 pm; 1 more around 5-6 pm. Not having my bowl of oatmeal each evening before bed was one of the hardest parts (I know – very “old lady-like”)! I felt my energy level was 100% the first day, and maybe about a 5% reduction the end of the first full day, with an additional 5% each day thereafter. I clean homes for part-time work, and at no time was my work hindered or slowed down because I was using LifeCaps. I use a treadmill every morning for about 45 minutes, and kept that up, too. I did drink lots of water, but I drink lots of water anyway. I chew gum regularly, also, and did so during the challenge as well. My weight went from 145 lbs to 138. Frankly, that excited me most! Of course, during Thanksgiving I managed to make up for lost time, but I did not gain it all back. This morning, in fact, I weighed 142 lbs. Thanks so much for a product that does what it says it will do!
