I ordered LIFE Caps and took them [...] Monday Dec.1st, 2008 6:45 a.m. I took my 1st Life Cap of the day I drank 16 ozs. of water. I was not feeling hungry at all. I went to work at 10:00 a.m. and worked the main dinning room during lunch.
