Day-3 Sunday, 12/7/08 Weight: 164.0 LIFE Caps: 4 NO hunger all day with no exercise, a sedentary day. With time on my hands, I simply drank more water and found my energy remained higher than usual, bending over was much easier, I actually felt stronger and bounded up and down our stairs all day instead of the normal trudge.
